In Week 5 we learnt new Unity skills, which was about multiple image tracking. During the class, lecturer Prasanth taught us how to make an animation of a 3D model spider and make it move around the image to another image. There was no big difference from what we learnt in the previous week.

While following through the tutorials, I was having difficulties with the scripting part. I was able to follow the other steps, but in the scripting part I was busy copying and pasting what Prasanth was doing. Unfortunately, I was not able to move the image to another image, and I am still figuring out how to solve it.

Even though I didn’t complete this week’s tutorial, I thought this skill is very useful and cool. In addition, through following all the tutorials every week, I felt like I am slowly approaching the basics of it and how Unity works. As more people are getting interested in VR and AR systems, I thought it would be really useful if I could just finish learning the basics.

This is the video that I followed though.
